Felt more at ease

I started taking milky oats because I had a suspicion that I had been in fight or flight for some time. After taking 1-2 droppers daily of a 2oz bottle, I found myself more relaxed and even less jumpy. I was even able to watch a scary movie without flinching. I've never looked so cool
