Local Pickup
How do I take advantage of local pickup?
To take advantage of local pickup, kindly send an email to rootsandmarrow@gmail.com BEFORE placing an order. I will provide you with a special coupon code to use during checkout.
After you've completed your purchase, please reach out to me via email to coordinate a pickup time. If I do not receive this email within 24 hours, I will attempt to contact you. In the event that we cannot reach you within 7 days, you agree to forfeit your order without refund.
Should you require more time to pick up your order, please contact me so that we can make alternative arrangements!
Where will I pick up?
Pickup is located at a residential address in Lubbock, Texas. The specific address will be shared with you via email correspondence.
Items will be placed on the porch approximately 5-20 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, depending on the weather conditions. Please note that Roots and Marrow is not responsible for replacing items that may melt or freeze due to outdoor temperatures, if you are unable to make the agreed-upon pickup time. If you anticipate being late, please send me an email immediately to alert me, and I will do our best to bring the items inside if possible.
Can I cancel and receive a refund?
You may cancel and receive a refund if you email me your cancel request before your arranged pickup time.
If I cannot reach you within 7 days of placing your order, or if items are not picked up within the agreed upon time frame (reminder: please contact me if you will be late or need an alternative pickup time so you can avoid this!), orders will be forfeited without refund.
