Shipping Methods & Timelines
Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, but can take up to 5 days in some circumstances.
Expedited Shipping: For those who require their items sooner, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $50
Complimentary standard shipping on all orders totaling $50 or more within the contiguous United States.
Free Local Pickup (Lubbock, TX)
As a token of appreciation for my local customers in the Lubbock area, I offer free local pickup, no minimum purchase. Check out this page for more info on how to take advantage of this offer.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns and all sales are final except in cases where there has been a manufacturing defect or we have made an error.
If you receive the wrong product, or the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, please send an email with an attached photo of the problem within 14 days of purchase so we can make it right! Please note, once a packaged is tendered to a mail carrier, it's out of our hands. We cannot provide refunds for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail. USPS Priority Mail includes $50 insurance coverage for mistakes on their end, and claims can be made at USPS.com.
