"Wassail" comes from the Middle English "be in good health!"

Wassail has taken several forms, from being a festive toast from at least the 8th century, to a practice of pouring cider at the roots of sleeping apple trees for the hope of good harvest in the next year, to carrying a punch bowl around from door to door to offer to neighbors, or as an expected offering to carol singers. Wassail, as the drink, is a warm spiced drink, either wine, ale, or cider, or a blend thereof, and is the grandfather of the modern mulled cider.

This wassail infusion is a blend of citrus, forest fruits, flowers, conifer needles, and traditional mulling spices, all formulated for flavor and festivity, with additional support to our immune systems.
