This elixir is specially formulated to deliver a meaningful amount of extracted mushrooms and roots in each cup. It's common practice in the wellness product industry to grind dry mushrooms into a powder and blend them into products at a low concentration to save on costs. Unfortunately, one isn't likely to receive all the goodness that mushrooms can offer without first extracting the mushroom body's constituents, most typically with water, heat, and time, before drying and powdering. I believe that working with only extracted mushrooms, and in meaningful concentration, is the most respectful use of the plants and fungi in this elixir, as well as for you!  One tablespoon in your mug is ideal for daily sustained wellness, while up to two tablespoons will not only offer a richer chocolate brew (my personal favorite!), but will also be ideal for carrying you through periods of intense stress and burnout.
