In this high pressure world, it can be hard to slow down. Adaptogens are plants that have this ability to help us bear our burdens and assist our bodies in adapting to stressors that may otherwise lead to a challenged immune system and compromise sleep patterns. This blend combines adaptogens from both roots and functional mushrooms with heirloom cacao powder and warming spices for a nourishing ritual treat to help hold us together through the season.

The adaptogens in this blend are best enjoyed several times a week for at least 3 weeks to build up their greatest supportive effect. This cacao elixir is a delicious addition to an winter bedtime ritual and can be blended with any milk or sweetener of your choice.
